Apples aren’t just for pies and jams—they can also be transformed into a beautifully airy and elegant dessert. This simple treat requires no cream or eggs, yet it turns out incredibly soft, delicate, and full of flavor. Best of all, it’s easy to make and won’t break the bank!

Ingredients:
8 medium-sized sweet apples (if using tart apples, increase the sugar)

2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

Zest of 1 lemon

20 g gelatin

A little water

How to Make It:

Prepare the Apples – Peel the apples and chop them into large chunks. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and cook on high (800W) for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Cool and Blend – Let the cooked apples cool completely. Once cooled, add sugar and lemon zest. Blend the mixture for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and fluffy. A blender or food processor works best for this step.

Dissolve the Gelatin – Prepare the gelatin by following the package instructions, dissolving it in water. Gently heat it until fully melted, but do not let it boil.

Whip It Up – Pour the warm gelatin into the apple mixture and whip everything together using a mixer for 8–10 minutes. This process will create a light and airy texture.

Serve and Enjoy – The dessert can be served immediately, sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon for extra flavor. For a firmer consistency, let it chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
