The girl bought a neglected ‘one room’ 28 sq.m. and made an inexpensive but stylish renovation: 😍👍 Photos before and after in the article👇
The flat is in an old building. It was bought inexpensively, because it was renovated during the Soviet Union. So it was necessary to make a complete redevelopment of the flat, and after the repair.
This is how it looked before the repair work:
First, the interior partitions and all the old coverings on the walls, floor and ceiling were dismantled.
After that all communications were changed: heating system, water supply and electrics.
New windows and entrance door were also installed.
Here is the layout of the flat already with the final result:
New partitions were made of gyprok and metal profile with noise insulation, and the brick walls were levelled according to the beacons, the screed was poured.
When the mortar was completely dry, all the walls were glued with glass fleece, and after that they were puttyed and painted. The ceiling was installed stretched, and on the floor laid laminate.
The corridor turned out to be 4.5 squares, on the right side of the front door there is a bathroom and a toilet, on the left side there is a bedside table, and above it there is a coat rack. At the entrance to the kitchen, a refrigerator and a shoe dryer are behind the white facade.
The kitchen-living room after redevelopment turned out to be 6 square metres in size, a sofa was put here, which can serve as an additional place for sleeping, and a round table was placed in the kitchen. Where the arrow on the photo, the home cinema is indicated.
In the bedroom they put a spacious bed, allocated a place for a work corner, and installed a wardrobe for things on the whole wall.
In the bathroom, the floor and walls were tiled, a shower room was made and a window was left, through which natural light enters.
In the toilet there is a place for a washing machine.
In the hallway we installed lighting that reacts to movement.
