As a child, a girl from Malaysia suffered from ridicule from her peers about being overweight. The girl finally decided to change herself and now she has become a model and performs in various beauty contests.
Joanna Joseph was born in 1997 and grew up amidst all sorts of ridicule. She was always the center of attention and everyone laughed at the fat girl. When she was 7-years-old, her weight was about 60 kilograms, and at 13-years-old the girl already weighed a whole centner.
It is worth noting that the girl’s weight at 7-years-old was less than the average weight of an adult. Joanna said she could eat 5 servings of rice in one sitting. Even her relatives did not try to calm her down, but rather aggravated the situation, so Joanna became nervous and gained even more weight.
At the age of 16, the girl decided that this could not continue. Over time, she eliminated all junk food and began to eat only fruits and vegetables. The girl also started playing sports and every evening she ran around the house for 2 hours. Finally, she began to lose weight and after some time her weight was 52 kilograms.
Upon reaching the age of 19, Joanna decided to compete in competitions. So, she took first place in a beauty contest in Malaysia and decided to continue further. Later, in India, the queen became second in the World Beauty Contest.
