Instead of a new and modern apartment, spouses gave their preference to such an old and miserable one which was last renovated decades ago and its condition left a lot to be desired. Shortly after purchasing this apartment, the couple rushed to turn to a designer to start a radical renovation.
The interior designers suggested quite a daring and extraordinary plan which, surprisingly, was approved by the new owners and seemed to be the best option. The area of the apartment is 57 square meters and it required much effort, time and money.
The repair process began with the redevelopment. A decision was made to choose white for the flooring, walls and ceiling. The front door was replaced with a new one. To the left of the entrance there is a niche where the cabinet for sports equipment is located: snowboard, skates, skateboard, etc.
They installed a storage system opposite with mirror facades which visually enlarged the space and added even more stylishness to the interior.
The kitchen has been remained within its boundaries with the exception of the entrance β it was moved to the living room. The decoration here is exactly the same as in the rest of the apartment. Here is a corner set in white. Mirrored functional pencil cases with built-in household appliances were installed to the left of the entrance.
The work area here is not classic, but consists of 3 lower sections. As the owners donβt cook much, they decided to install a small sink and a two-burner hob here. Opposite there is a dining group with designer chairs and a glass dining table. A glass opening was made in the walls near the table.
After the redevelopment, the living room turned out to be very spacious. A hidden office and storage systems were created in the mirrored closet. A synthesizer was placed against the wall given the fact that the owner is passionate about music. The room features a white sofa and an armchair. There is also a coffee table.
The bedroom was separated from the living room by a glass partition and curtains. One can see a double wooden bed in the middle of the room. There is a large storage system with mirrored fronts opposite the bed.
What concerns the bathroom, a decision was made to choose a freestanding sink made of natural granite. They organized a full-fledged storage system here. The right wall was decorated with mirror panels, which visually expanded the boundaries of the space.
