One village house was left as inheritace from my late grandfather. It needed reconstrcution and remodeling which required a signifcant sum of money. My husband and I turned to our aunt who flatly refused to help us anyway. When the recontruction was compelely over, she suddently came and said something which we will never forget!
Today’s story is about a woman who inherited a village house from her late grandfather. She couldn’t find enough time to take care of the area since there were kids who needed parental care and attention, household chores and other duties.
Sometimes, her husband and her came here to relax, make barbeque since it was a wonderful place surrounded by nature’s tranquility and quietness. Years later, the spouses achieved big success in the family business and decided to finally undertake something.
They also sake some financial help from the aunt who gave money for construction, and they will re-register the plot for two. However, to their great surprise, she said that she had no money.
In fact, no one came and helped them with the reconstruction and remodeling. They did absolutely everyone on their own. Only their children offered their priceless assistance and together they managed to make an amazing mansion.
Just imagine their surprise when the aunt came the next day, said «Good job, guys!» and added that she would soon come with her grandchildren since the area was definitely enough for all of them.
The couple reminded her of the rudeness she expressed before the reconstruction and that she strongly refused to help anyhow. After this, the aunt showered them with offensive words and ceased to communicate with the family.
