The first step was repairing and insulating the walls, followed by replacing the floors and installing essential utilities. Though the couple has yet to finish the exterior, future plans include adding siding and building a terrace to enhance the home’s curb appeal.

The kitchen is both practical and inviting. The couple focused on simplicity, ensuring that every element serves a purpose. Thanks to ample natural light, the space feels larger than it actually is.

Despite its limited size, the bathroom includes all necessities: a bathtub, toilet, and water heater. A window allows natural light to stream in, making the space feel less confined.
Living Room & Bedroom – A Multi-Purpose Space
The living area is designed for both relaxation and socializing. A comfortable sofa doubles as a guest bed, while shelves and framed artwork add personality to the space.
In the same room, the couple placed their bed, cleverly integrating storage beneath it. The headboard even serves as a makeshift nightstand. Though compact, they managed to fit an additional sleeping area for guests.
