Today’s hero has been in search of her own apartment for a long time and, suddenly, she came across this old apartment which had been left neglected for many years by its previous owners. Its condition left a lot to be desired so the new owner didn’t waste time and hired an interior designer.

She decided to leave the redevelopment done by the previous owners as it was. However, new adjustments were implemented. Porcelain stoneware was chosen for the floor in the entrance area. A decision was made to use two colors for the walls: classic white and accent blue. The room features a wardrobe, an open hanger, a soft ottoman and a hanging console.

The kitchen was added to the living room by the previous owners. The floors are also of porcelain tiles, and the walls are painted with neutral light paint. There is a built-in fridge to the left of the entrance. One can also see functional pencil cases with household appliances on the opposite side.

A dining table was placed in the center. They installed a linear kitchen set against the wall. The facades were chosen in white colors.

On the floor in the living area, veneered laminate was used in a herringbone layout. They placed a luxurious sofa against the wall, opposite which there can be seen a TV area. There is a designer coffee table in blue nearby. The owner wished to create a work corner as they worked remotely. It was placed right next to the window and supplemented with storage space.

The accent colors in the bedroom became turquoise and green. They placed a compact wardrobe at the entrance and a double bed found its place in the center. There was also a TV area opposite it. They also organized a full-fledged dressing room separated from the primary room by an accent wall.

It was decided to combine the isolated bathrooms into one. The owner of the apartment wished to create a relaxation zone in the bathroom, so wooden elements were used here.

The finishing uses porcelain stoneware and moisture-resistant paint. A cabinet with an overhead sink and mirror was installed right in the center. The laundry area found its place here as well.
