Surprisingly enough, today’s young couple’s choice fell on an old and miserable apartment the previous owners of which were pensioners who had no money for the renovation. Its condition left a lot to be desired, but this didn’t stop the family from buying it.

Their cherished dream was to obtain their own place to live, but when the couple showed the apartment they bought, everyone’s jaw dropped. They didn’t waste time and were quick to hire an interior designer. It was quite a spacious apartment the area of which was around 100 square meters.

They began the renovation with a small redevelopment. A decision was made to use patterned tile for the floor in the entrance. The walls were painted a rich green shade and a storage system was installed opposite the entrance. The hallway features a utility closet covered with drapery as well.

The entrance to the kitchen was moved to the living room. Light tiles were used on the floor as an accent pattern and added even more zest to the atmosphere. Functional columns with household appliances were used. There is a corner set in the back of the kitchen.

Blue was chosen for the walls. The gas water heated was well hidden behind and the apron was tiled with white tiles.
What concerns the living room, the walls here are painted a light shade and complemented with moldings and other décor. They used parquet boards on the floor in the living room.

It also features a soft comfortable sofa and there a white chest of drawers opposite it. One can see a dining group right behind the sofa which captured everyone’s special attention.

The blue color has appeared not only in the kitchen, but also in the bedroom the part of which was given over to an isolated dressing room. A bed and bedside tables were placed here.

Two types of paint and wallpaper were chosen for the walls and patterned tiles were laid on the floor in the bathroom.
