When our heroes took their first glance on this house, it seemed neglected – the windows were broken, the shutters were dilapidated, rusty railings and a leaning extension contrasted with the new fence made of bright blue corrugated shades.
In the yard they saw dilapidated chicken coops and an old barn, However, they saw a great potential and decided to take the risks. It was constructed back in 1975 and the total area occupied 108 sq. m. The peculiarity of the house was that it was erected according to the Cossack traditions.
There was a balcony around the perimeter of the house, shutters, paneled doors, decorated gutters and wooden windows. The walls and the floor were also decaying and no more serviceable. They provided the house with running water.
The electrical wiring has been completely replaced: new sockets, switches and lamps have been installed. Air conditioning was added too. The heating system has been updated to water heating from the old gas nozzles.
They chose stylish elements for the interior and made even ordinary furniture look absolutely unique. The final results left everyone satisfied.
