A cutie, who happily welcomed his new owner from work
A sheepdog named Ford lived in a refuge for many years, as no one wanted to adopt him. He has become used to his state a long time ago. One of the shelter staff told, that he is friendly with all the dogs at the shelter.
The poor dog saw many different dogs go to their new homes. He could never have imagined himself as his owner. His previous owners considered not to look after him, and abandoned him.
He quickly befriended with all the staff members of the shelter. But it took him some time to learn how to trust a new person again.
Ford was fortunate, as a regular dog walker named Louise considered taking Ford home. Now Ford is in his new home.
“When my wife returned from work he jumped on the couch and began happily welcoming her, as if he had been there all the time.”
The shelter staff told: “We miss him in the shelter.”
