The 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex has introduced the new season of her cooking and lifestyle series, giving fans a glimpse of Prince Harry and their children behind the scenes.
Meghan Markle, the former American actress, shared exclusive backstage photos from the filming of her show “With Love, Meghan.” The pictures featured her 6-year-old son Archie, 4-year-old daughter Lilibet, and her 40-year-old husband, Prince Harry.
In one snapshot, Lilibet was dressed in a black dress with a colorful floral print and a pink cardigan, while Archie wore a bright red T-shirt with a design. Their fiery red hair, just like their father’s, caught the eye. The children sat at a table watching the filming unfold on a small screen, headphones on to listen closely to the action on set.
Another image showed Lilibet sporting a pink jumper paired with navy polka-dot trousers, her red hair loose. She calmly took a seat in the director’s chair, facing the entrance of the room where Meghan’s makeup artist, Daniel Martin, made an appearance. Martin was the one who styled Meghan for her royal wedding with Harry in 2018.
One more photo captured Archie holding a clapperboard — the device used to mark scenes during filming. The young boy looked delighted to be given such an important task. In keeping with privacy, Meghan covered his face with an emoji.
Though Prince Harry wasn’t filmed for the series, Meghan mentioned him throughout nearly every episode and shared a photo with him to show his support during the project. The couple was also pictured with chef Claire Smith, who prepared the menu for their wedding day in London.
Meghan revealed the playlist that accompanied the filming, which included classic songs like “Dancing in the Moonlight” and “Into the Mystic.” She noted how music helped keep the atmosphere fun during breaks.
Shooting the second season of “With Love, Meghan” turned out to be even more enjoyable than expected. Meghan shared that playing her favorite tunes during downtime helped maintain a lively vibe and encouraged fans to add these songs to their playlists, hit shuffle, and enjoy.
