Few know that Dion was still 12 when she first met her future husband. She and R. Angelil began dating when the iconic singer was 19 and the Canadian music producer was 43. While it was his 3rd marriage, for Celine he became the first and only partner for life.
Their partnership gradually turned into a romantic relationship. It was in 1994 that they tied the knot. The man became one of the ones who noticed her hidden talent and potential encouraging her to start a career in the industry. Throughout their marriage they welcomed three sons.
