After getting the money from the sale of my flat, my daughter and granddaughter stopped noticing me 🤔 I want to cry 🥺 They didn’t even congratulate me on my anniversary 💔 Sharing my story in the article👇
Maybe in today’s world everyone should be a little selfish, but it hurts and hurts when people close to you do that to you.
My daughter promised me that she would always take care of me, but now she is waiting for me to finally die. The thing is, I did a stupid thing, I gave in to her persuasion and sold my flat. My daughter also sold her one-bedroom flat and bought a two-bedroom flat where we all live together now.
When my daughter realised that there was nothing more to take from me, she and her granddaughter changed their attitude towards me and began to pretend that I did not exist.
I raised my daughter on my own, as her father died early.
After finishing school, my daughter entered the institute, but in the second year she became pregnant. It was decided that she would give birth, and I took care of my granddaughter, while she was studying and taking care of her personal life. My daughter had many different men, but she never met the only one.
The granddaughter grew up and went to college.
After breaking up with another beau, my daughter started to persuade me to sell the flat, because she wanted to sell her one-room flat and use the money to buy a three-room flat. Then it seemed to me that for me it is the best option, because I have enough illnesses, and so I will live with my relatives. But not everything went as I thought and in the new large flat, everyone lives their own life, not paying attention to others.
I can sit in my room all day, and my daughter and granddaughter won’t even notice it. Often my daughter invites guests, organising fun gatherings, but she never calls me to the table. Besides, she can insult and humiliate me in front of guests.
And recently my daughter started living with a man who behaves in our flat as if he were the owner. He can even walk around in my pants in front of me. Once I couldn’t stand it any longer and made a remark to him, but he just sent me away. I told my daughter about it, but she told me that it was my own fault, because I should not stick my nose in other people’s business.
My granddaughter only comes home at night and then she’s at college or out with her friends. And when we see each other, she doesn’t want to talk to me. It was my anniversary recently, but no one remembered it.
Maybe someone had a similar situation? And can you suggest how to make my family people love and respect me again?
