Hannah Shaw is an animal rights activist from the USA and she is quite famous in her district. The kind girl has supported a great number of animals in need, providing them with all the necessary care and attention. And this one is no exception.
Once when she was informed that a tiny kitten had been abandoned in a box in front of a pet store, she hurried to help without hesitation. When she reached the scene, found a very little kitten weighing no more than 80 grams. She must act fast.
As soon as they came home, the girl first fed him with a syringe. The poor animal was so weak that he even couldn’t move his legs. He needed special care and attention, which of course was provided by his rescuer.
After a few days the small creature gained weight and became a bit stronger. When Hannah took him to a vet, it turned out that he had a disease, which required to use some antibiotics.
The kitten got panleukopenia. Not everyone can overcome this illness, and many creatures, especially little ones, pass away because of it. But our today’s hero was much stronger than his rescuer expected. The kitten managed to overcome it, surprising even the vets.
After three weeks of treatment, the kitten was completely healthy and strong, so he was ready for adoption. Together with another kitten, he was adopted by the same family, where they continued their friendship. Now they both are happy and carefree.
