It is no secret that nowadays, Julie Depardieu is among the best-known, demanded and successful actresses in the French film industry. The outstanding actress brilliantly took part in a number of movies and series earning several awards. The legendary woman has long been denying her relationship with Gerard and, however surprising it might seem to many, she even underwent an operation in order not to look like her father.
According to reliable sources, the prominent actor paid little attention to his heirs Guillaume and Julie in their early childhood. The fact that the future actress had many complexes concerning her appearance was, undoubtedly, caused by her dad. It is relevant to mention that the elder sibling of the girl played the role of the father. The actress literally hated the big nose she got from her father and didn’t want to anyhow look like him.
In order to help her get rid of her complexes, her caring brother prepared a surprise for Julie on her 20th birthday paying for a surgery to change the shape of her nose. Actually, it took the charming movie star as many as 5 operations.
Later, the woman tried her hand in acting and soon achieved great success in cinema. However, whenever she was asked whether her famous father helped her become popular, she always answered that his name caused nothing but trouble.
