The 45-year-old star posted the glamorous images on Instagram, where she appeared posing in a bathtub filled with foam. In the photos, Hilton posed nude, with the bubbles strategically covering parts of her body.
The look blended classic glamour with playful styling. Hilton wore a sparkling tiara on her head while her hair was styled in a high bun with a few loose strands framing her face.
Her makeup remained soft and elegant, highlighting her natural features. The outfit was completed with a wide white choker and an unexpected fashion detail — leopard-print heels.
The campaign instantly caught the attention of her followers, who praised the star’s confidence and signature sense of style.
The post also comes shortly after another romantic milestone in Hilton’s personal life. On Valentine’s Day, her husband Carter Reum surprised her with a second marriage proposal.
Hilton and Reum first made their relationship public in April 2020. Less than a year later, in February 2021, the couple announced their engagement and later married in November of the same year.
Today they are raising two children born via surrogate: their son Phoenix, who arrived in January 2023, and their daughter London, born in November later that year.
Hilton has previously explained that the decision to use surrogacy came after she experienced severe panic attacks related to pregnancy.
