At first sight, it is an ordinary water tower but when you look closer, a real dream house appears in front of you! 🗼➡️🏠My husband and I turned an old water tower into a luxury place to live! 🤩👏No one believed in us until we shared the final results! 😮🤌For the before-after photos – see the article! 👇

However surprising it might seem, the transformations of water towers into houses, restaurants, hotels and even laboratories is not a rare phenomenon at all. Especially, it is common and widespread in Sweden where people’s imagination and creative-mindedness acknowledge no limits.

The absolutely unique house we are going to talk about was made out of a water tower constructed back in 1912. From the 1980s people used it as a place to live which provided a wonderful view and fantastic sights. If interested, it is 28 meters high and is on the fourth floor.

The building also boasts a spacious garden where the residents can grow fruit and vegetables. It is an amazing experience to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from here. Light cold colors dominate the overall interior. The black and white paintings on the walls make the atmosphere even more special.

Its area is 49 square meters. The living room smoothly transitions into the kitchen which features a dining table in front of the windows which let more light pour into the room. The candles and other unique elements of décor give even more charm to the apartment.

Light neutral colors were chosen for the bedroom which features a large bed and a black and white painting as well. Here, one can see vases of flowers and night lights. The bathroom deserves our special attention too.
