The three-room apartment we are going to talk about today is located in a panel house constructed back in 1973. The new owner became a woman whose initial plan was to buy and renovate it for a rental. The previous interior left a lot to be desired so it urgently needed a radical repair.

She had no choice but to hire a designer. It area is 52 square meters.
The floor in the entrance area was laid with bright tiles with dynamic patterns. For the walls, they chose white and yellow print. Here, they placed a utility closet where they hid the heating boiler. One can see hooks for outerwear as well.

As a result of the redevelopment, it was decided to combine the kitchen and the living room. There is now a kitchen area on the right side of the entrance. A linear kitchen set with white facades was installed here. By the way, the set was made to order. Yellow smoothly transitioned from the hallway into the kitchen.

A decision was made to line the apron with white rectangular tiles and extended all the way to the ceiling. On the border between these two rooms there is a dining group with gray and blue chairs. An elegant lamp appeared above it. The room features a folding sofa as well as TV opposite it.

One of the rooms was made universal since it is planned to be the children’s room in the future. It features two single beds with one headboard which can be turned into a double bed. The combination of two colors was chosen for the walls. There is also a TV zone and a work place which can easily become a dressing table.

A decision was made to use light paint in the master bedroom. It boasts a large bed in orange upholstery which has a lifting mechanism. Opposite there hung a TV, on both sides of which they installed two symmetrical custom-made cabinets, It also has an air conditioner.

The owner preferred to leave the toilet and the bathroom separate. White square tiles and blue moisture-resistant paint were chosen for the decoration of the walls here. Her choice fell on a shower instead of a standard bathtub. They also installed a miniature washbasin with a mirror.
