For four years, Caroline carried on this modest but crucial activity, which no one outside the school knew about

Her little secret factory of good acts could not help but be spoken about.

Caroline Collins, an unfortunate woman who works as a school cleaner, has become a national hero for her extraordinary generosity as well as care for underprivileged kids. The fact is that at the school where she works, there are a number of children who just do not have a home. She was able to reach their unreached and sad hearts with her sympathy and they confessed that they had eaten too little for a long time. It was then that Caroline knew it was time to act.

The Georgia High School cleaner has always been very devoted to her job and has a good relationship with personnel as well as students.

With her assistance, the entire school always shone with cleanliness and order.

One day, she was informed that some of the schoolchildren did not have a home, and for many days they ate almost nothing.

When she arrived at school a day earlier than ordinary, she noticed children who were at school much earlier as well. She made up her mind to find out the reason for such an early arrival but the kids did not have the desire to talk to her, seemingly ashamed of something. Eventually, Caroline discovered that they simply did not have a home. And the kids were clearly undernourished. There were more such students at the school than the two who were there in the morning.

And it’s not even the school or the territory. According to the data, 23% of the unhoused in this region are under 18. Such states, definitely, have a bad influence on the physical as well as psychological well-being of kids.

Caroline, who lost her son to a home invasion many years ago, couldn’t stay away as soon as she found out about it. She made a decision to make an attempt to assist in any way she was able.

“I’m just making an attempt to keep young people off the slippery slope of robbing and killing,” the woman said.

Caroline thought she could bring these kids something useful right to school. But, surely, this will not be enough. She brought something, the other teachers brought something, and she needed a location to store it all.

Thus, a “cloakroom” was created, an ordinary school closet, where Caroline and other teachers brought things for students: clothes, shoes, canned food, personal hygiene things.

The majority of these useful things the woman purchased with her own money. But that didn’t bother her.

For four years, Caroline carried on this modest but crucial activity, which no one outside the school knew about.

Annually, the woman assisted around 20 students. But she knew that she did not know about many who were in need.

“I asked teachers to pay attention to kids who turn their heads for a long time and in the same clothes, and talk about them.”

Many children were very thankful to the woman, and, definitely, her little secret factory of good acts could not help but be spoken about.

Carolina showed up. She even made a clip about her as well as her work, which was shared on Facebook and became highly popular.

People couldn’t believe Caroline’s willingness to support children for free. She overcame the call of responsibility and was certain that she would be granted for her deeds.

A regional businessman, after watching a clip of Caroline’s work, made a decision to give her a Christmas gift. He brought her some money and $1,300 “care room” supplies.

Harvey’s crew interviewed several of Tucker’s high school students and they couldn’t stop talking about her generosity. Caroline is filmed for the news shopping for a $5,000 Sam’s Club-sponsored “grooming closet”.

The woman was invited to the Steve Harvey show, where she was given another present.

In other words, $15,000 that she could finally spend on herself. Caroline was terribly upset but most of all she was happy that she noticed the kid’s problems and could carry on assisting them.
