Russian supermodel Valery Kaufman has become a mother for the first time! The 32-year-old beauty, who previously dated Hollywood actor and musician Jared Leto, has welcomed a baby boy with her billionaire husband, 31-year-old Dmitry Varsano.
The couple named their newborn son Ethan, and the proud mother announced his arrival on social media, sharing their first family photographs.
In her emotional message, Valery described her little boy as a miniature version of herself and her husband. She admitted that she had never imagined experiencing such overwhelming love and happiness.
The model expressed how deeply motherhood had changed her life, explaining that welcoming Ethan had filled her heart with joy. She also celebrated the fact that their family had grown from two to three.
The photographs appear to have been taken shortly after the couple left the maternity hospital, capturing some of their earliest moments together as new parents.
Kaufman and Varsano began their relationship in 2022 and celebrated their wedding in Paris in 2024. The supermodel announced her pregnancy at the beginning of the summer.
Her husband comes from a wealthy French family associated with the international sugar trading company Sucden.
Born in Moscow, Valery began pursuing a modeling career in the early 2010s after sending her photographs to leading international agencies. She went on to walk for major fashion houses, appear in Victoria’s Secret shows and grace the covers of Vogue.
Before meeting her husband, Kaufman was in a long-term relationship with Jared Leto. Their romance reportedly began in 2015 and lasted approximately seven years before they separated in 2022.
Earlier in her career, the model was also rumored to have dated Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis, although that relationship was never publicly confirmed.
Now, with her modeling achievements and past relationships behind her, Valery is celebrating a completely new chapter as she and Dmitry welcome their first child together.
