Irina Shayk has traded the fashion-week runway for a quiet break on the Italian coast. The 40-year-old supermodel was photographed in Portofino with her nine-year-old daughter Lea, whom she shares with Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper.
After recently appearing on the covers of Vogue Arabia and walking several shows during Milan Fashion Week, Shayk decided not to continue on to Paris Fashion Week. Instead, she headed to the Ligurian coast to spend time with Lea and friends.
Photographers spotted the mother and daughter strolling through Portofino after having lunch at I Gemelli restaurant.
For the outing, Irina layered a pink lace-trimmed slip dress with a white tank top and white lace shorts. She completed the relaxed vacation look with sunglasses, black ballet flats and a Hermès Kelly bag.
Lea was dressed more warmly than her famous mother. The nine-year-old wore wide-leg jeans with an oversized checked jacket and pink Crocs.
Shayk welcomed Lea in 2017 during her relationship with Bradley Cooper. The model and actor began dating in 2015 but separated when their daughter was two years old.
Despite the breakup, Cooper, now 51, remains closely involved in Lea’s upbringing. He and Irina continue to come together for their daughter’s school activities and special celebrations.
For the past three years, Cooper has been in a relationship with supermodel Gigi Hadid, who is 20 years younger than him. Hadid has already met Lea and has previously been seen spending time with the girl.
Bradley and Gigi have also recently sparked speculation that they may have secretly married after appearing in public wearing rings, although those rumors have not been confirmed.
For Irina, however, the latest photographs were all about a much quieter family moment — a break from the runway, a walk through picturesque Portofino and some time beside her daughter.
