Orlando Bloom has given fans an unusually personal glimpse into his family life. The 49-year-old Hollywood actor shared a collection of summer memories featuring both of his children, who are rarely seen together on his social media.
Bloom is a father of two from his previous relationships. He shares 15-year-old son Flynn with model Miranda Kerr, while his six-year-old daughter Daisy Dove was born during his relationship with Katy Perry.
One of the most intimate pictures captures Orlando with Flynn and Daisy at an airport. Rather than posing for the camera, all three are photographed from behind as the actor appears to be deep in an animated conversation with his children.
Another snapshot comes from the beach and focuses on little Daisy. She had decorated herself with a temporary tattoo of Captain Jack Sparrow from “Pirates of the Caribbean” — an amusing connection to the movie franchise in which her father famously played Will Turner.
Bloom didn’t leave himself out of the summer album. In another image, the actor poses shirtless in the water, revealing his defined abs and athletic physique at 49.
The Hollywood star is currently dating 28-year-old Swiss model Luisa Lammel. Judging by the circumstances surrounding the vacation picture, she appears to have been the person behind the camera for Bloom’s shirtless shot.
The relationship comes after the end of his romance with Katy Perry, with whom he shares Daisy. Lammel is 21 years younger than the actor, and the pair have already been seen publicly together, including during Men’s Fashion Week in Milan.
Bloom has also recently had reason to celebrate professionally. The actor received a special award at the Venice Film Festival, where Irina Shayk was honored as well.
Still, his latest post put Hollywood events firmly in the background. Instead, Bloom chose to share a much more private side of his summer — time with Flynn and Daisy, relaxed beach moments and a rare look at the relationship he maintains with both of his children.
