That possibility has been raised because Gaga maintained an extremely active public schedule in recent months. She continued performing and regularly appeared at high-profile events, with her appearances showing no visible signs of pregnancy. However, there has been no confirmation that surrogacy was involved.
Gaga and Polansky have been together since 2020. Their relationship has since progressed to an engagement, and the couple are planning to marry.
