Macaulay Culkin celebrated his 46th birthday far from the usual Hollywood spotlight, spending the occasion on a luxurious Mexican escape with his fiancée, Brenda Song. The 38-year-old actress later shared glimpses of their celebration on social media.
For Culkin’s big day, the couple stayed at a lavish Ritz-Carlton Reserve property overlooking the Sea of Cortez in San José del Cabo. Their birthday itinerary was decidedly relaxed. The morning was spent unwinding on the beach before they switched the seaside atmosphere for an evening out at a local restaurant.
Song also used the occasion to publicly celebrate the man she has built a family with, sharing an affectionate message that offered a glimpse into their life together.
“My best friend, the most amazing dad, my favorite adventure buddy, the only person who will play Yahtzee with me over and over again and rewatch ‘The 100’ or ‘Squid Game’ with me. The love of my life — I don’t even want to imagine what my life would be like without you. I freaking love you and I’m so happy we’re together,” Song wrote in her birthday tribute.
Culkin and Song first crossed paths in 2017 while working together on the film “Changeland.” Their connection soon developed into a relationship, and they have since become parents to two boys.
Their eldest son, Dakota, is now five, while their younger son, Carson, is three. Culkin proposed to Song in 2022, although the couple have never publicly clarified whether they have officially married. Rumors have suggested that they may have quietly tied the knot before the birth of their second child, but this has never been confirmed.
