Sandra Bullock has given followers an unusually personal look at her family life. The 62-year-old actress shared a new collection of private photos that included her two adopted children, 16-year-old son Louis and 12-year-old daughter Laila.
Bullock has always been extremely protective of her children’s privacy, and the latest pictures are no exception. Although Louis and Laila appear in the images, they were photographed from behind, meaning fans still didn’t get a clear look at how much they have grown.

“Friends, family, fun, fish, furry ones… and work,” the actress wrote alongside the collection, briefly summing up the mixture of personal and professional moments she decided to share.
For years, Sandra raised Louis and Laila alongside her partner Bryan Randall. Their family went through an extremely difficult period when Randall became seriously ill, prompting the actress to step away from her career in 2022 so she could help care for him.

Randall died in August 2023. Following his death, Bullock remained largely away from the spotlight as she focused on her children and gave herself time to recover from the loss. Sandra and Bryan had met in 2015, and she later described him as the “love of my life.”
Family memories have appeared on Bullock’s social media on another recent occasion as well. In June, she marked Father’s Day with an emotional tribute dedicated to her late father, John Wilson Bullock.
She accompanied the message with rarely seen family photographs showing her father with her children. Another image reached further back into Sandra’s own career, capturing the actress with her father at the premiere of Forces of Nature in March 1999.
