This Cat Didn’t Just Walk Across the Keyboard… It Clicked “Buy Now”

At first, she thought it was a prank. Coming home from work, she walked into her living room and froze. Her cat was perched on the desk chair, one paw resting squarely on the keyboard, eyes locked on the glowing screen.

On the monitor was an online shopping cart. Dozens of items had been added: tuna cans, chicken nuggets, milk, salmon-flavored treats. The total bill sat at $112.47.

She laughed nervously and took a photo, assuming the cat had simply walked across the keyboard. But when she tried to close the browser, the cursor moved — right back to the checkout button.

Click.

A confirmation email pinged seconds later: “Your order will be delivered tomorrow.”

The deliveries didn’t stop. Every few days, more boxes arrived — all containing food her cat seemed obsessed with. She changed her passwords, but the cat somehow got back in. She unplugged the computer, only to find her phone buzzing with new purchase confirmations.

The final straw came when a delivery man handed her a receipt for something she hadn’t ordered. At the bottom of the list, just beneath the endless cans of tuna, was a single note in the order comments section:

“Leave by the window. For me.”

The woman swore she hadn’t typed it. And when she looked up, her cat was sitting on the windowsill, tail flicking, staring at the boxes like it had been waiting all along.
