Today’s article is about an absolutely unique mansion constructed in Seoul, South Korea. One young couple had always been dreaming of having their own place, but considering that price of average apartments, they realized they would collect money for many years.
It is no more a secret that houses in Seoul cost much. Our hero worked as an architect and his wife was a teacher. They found the price of this territory reasonable and were quick to purchase it. This was in the historical center of Seoul.
However surprising it may seem, the spouses managed to build a 5-story mansion in just a year and got a dream place to live. The whole thing is that each functional area occupies one floor. The first one became a garage.
In the second floor one can find the living-room and the toilet. The third one is a kitchen of 16 sq. m. The bedroom is on the fourth floor and the fifth one serves as a dressing room and a bathroom.
One may say that the most unique part of this house is its wonderful view and the surrounding nature. The house is located next to a park and cultural inheritance.
