Here is the unique Australian baby with Uncomfortable Hair syndrome 12 years later
Here is Shayla born to an Australian family on April 22, 2010. Initially, she was a totally ordinary child and didn’t differ from all the others. However, soon after her birth the family members noticed something strange and extraordinary.
As she grew up her hair became even thicker and unruly. It soon became hard to comb it. She was made fun of and laughed at in the kindergarten. Having no choice, her mother called a doctor to know whether or not everything was okay with her.
It soon turned out that she had the rare syndrome of Uncomfortable Hair. That’s why her hair was so thick and grew upward.
It is worth mentioning that only a few people on Earth have this syndrome. Already at the age of 7, she noticed all the criticizing looks and negative comments addressed to her, became reserved and ashamed of her uniqueness.
Even some magazines wrote about this unusual girl and she quickly gained popularity and fame.
Now, Shayla is already 12 and is often invited to talk shows and programs to share her story with others.
