The poor animal was chained for over 12 years after his owners moved and left their pet with a heartless person who not only didn’t care for him, but also kept him chained, unclean and hungry.
Roger, the doggie, had a lot of difficulties in his life, but luckily he got what he deserved and his life changed completely.
He was provided not only with treatment and medical care, but also with much love and attention. Now he is the happiest doggie in the world, because he is surrounded by loving and caring people.
