A puppy was not allowed to board a plane and the owner abandoned him

The animal rescue organization told, that the dog’s previous owner was named Charles Simon Bigsen. Bigsen went to the airport with his dog to take a flight together to Newark. But after learning pets aren’t allowed on the plane, Bigsen left the dog at the airport and went himself.
