In fact, the horrifying and creepy image of the actress was being created by a number of makeup artists and no single one had an idea who was actually behind the role of the character.
Despite her scary appearance, she was a completely innocent circus girl who was unable to harm someone. Though she looked creepy and weird, she had no bad intentions.
It was, in fact, Naomi Grossman who realistically played the role hitting everyone’s screen at that time.
As the reliable sources claim, the actress agreed on having her head shaved and had to spend hours while the stylists and makeup artists prepared her for the role. However surprising it may seem, her jaw, nose, skin layers and ears were fake. Whereas in real life, Naomi is a real beauty.
