This story occurs in Romania. 13-year-old Louis Christian Bequeanu sacrificed his life to rescue a small kid from a well.
How did the kid get into the narrow well? And where were the parents of the kid, so no one knew. But the fact is that the little boy collapsed at a depth of nearly 15 meters and miraculously remained alive.
The adults hurried to the scream coming from the chimney. They contacted an ambulance and brought equipment. But it was all in vain. The depth was too big, and the well was quite narrow to go down.
Furthermore, the calculation went exactly by the minute. The kid was in frosty water up to his waist, and at any second, he could lose consciousness from hypothermia and die.
The decision came all of a sudden. A thin teenager came out of the crowd of onlookers and suggested going down into the well for the baby.
It was a risky venture, since Christian could get stuck in a narrow pipe. But there was simply no other way.
Nevertheless, fortune was on the side of the child and his parents. The teen was able to get to the kid. After a few minutes, they both stood on the ground.
The Humanitarian Fund provided the teenager with a monthly scholarship until the end of the educational year.
In the emergency room, Christian was presented with a laptop, a bicycle and a diploma.
