Sydney Sweeney brought plenty of glamour to Venice as she enjoyed an evening out with her boyfriend, Scooter Braun. The 28-year-old actress and the 45-year-old businessman attended an exclusive Armani Beauty dinner on Lido during the 83rd Venice Film Festival.
For the event, Sydney selected a sparkling silver floor-length creation that left little hidden. The semi-transparent gown had ultra-thin shoulder straps, a dramatically low neckline and an exposed back, while its close-fitting cut followed her silhouette.
The fabric was embellished with countless sequins that caught the light as the actress arrived. Sydney went without a bra underneath the revealing design, allowing the gown itself to remain the main focus of her appearance.
Scooter took the opposite approach with a timeless formal outfit. He wore a black suit over an open-collar white shirt and left the tie at home. The couple walked toward the restaurant holding hands and made no attempt to conceal their affection.
Sydney is not presenting a new film at this year’s festival. Instead, she is appearing at festival events as a representative of Armani Beauty, alongside fellow model and celebrity guest Kendall Jenner.
Their dinner was not Sydney and Scooter’s only romantic moment in Venice. Photographers also spotted them together on a gondola, where the actress wore a light white summer dress with a yellow sweater casually resting over her shoulders. Scooter chose blue shorts, a white shirt and a baseball cap.
During the boat ride, the pair openly embraced and exchanged passionate kisses despite photographers watching nearby.
Their relationship reportedly began after they met at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s Venice wedding last year. Their romance became public several months afterward, and since then the couple have increasingly been seen together.
Their relationship also appears to have progressed beyond private dates. Before traveling to Italy, Sydney spent time in Los Angeles with Scooter and his three children from his previous marriage to Yael Cohen: Jagger Joseph, 11, Levi Magnus, nine, and Hart Violet, seven.
An insider described the relationship as serious but said the couple are not rushing things. According to the source, Sydney and Scooter are enjoying being together and have an easy, fun dynamic.
Sweeney herself has previously admitted that dating while famous can be frustrating because even ordinary moments quickly become the subject of rumors. In Venice, however, she appeared unconcerned by the attention, confidently walking beside Scooter in one of her most revealing festival looks.
