Heidi Klum has once again proved that she has no intention of becoming more conservative on social media. The 53-year-old supermodel shared a new sun-drenched photo in which she posed topless, wearing only lace briefs with a towel loosely draped over her shoulders.
With her long hair left down and the sunlight falling across the scene, Klum kept the accompanying message surprisingly simple. Instead of explaining the daring picture, she merely wished her followers a good morning.
Provocative posts are hardly unusual for Heidi. The longtime model, who became particularly famous through her work with Victoria’s Secret, regularly shares revealing images and appears comfortable ignoring conventional expectations about how a woman in her fifties should present herself.
She previously attracted similar attention while vacationing at the beach with her 20-year-old son Henry Samuel. During that outing, Klum was photographed without a bikini top, once again generating discussion about her uninhibited approach to her body.
Not everyone responds positively to Heidi’s openness. She has repeatedly faced criticism online, particularly over lingerie campaigns featuring her eldest daughter Leni. Some commenters have argued that the mother-and-daughter shoots are inappropriate.
Heidi and Leni became faces of Intimissimi in 2022, shortly after Leni turned 18. Despite recurring negative reactions to their joint campaigns, the pair have continued working with the lingerie label and appearing together in its photo shoots.
Away from modeling, Heidi is a mother of four. Her eldest, 22-year-old Leni, is her daughter with businessman Flavio Briatore. Klum also has three children with singer Seal — sons Henry, 20, and Johan, 19, as well as 16-year-old daughter Lou.
For Heidi, the latest photo appears to be another example of the confidence she has displayed for years. Criticism may continue to follow her provocative posts, but it clearly hasn’t convinced the supermodel to start covering up for the cameras.
