Rihanna is back in front of the camera with another high-fashion transformation. The 38-year-old singer has become the cover star of the September issue of American Elle, appearing in a series of carefully styled looks.
For the cover shoot, Rihanna wears the instantly recognizable Dior headband along with several other pieces from the fashion house. The images put the singer’s distinctive style firmly at the center of attention.
The new issue also marks another chapter in Rihanna’s relationship with Dior. She spoke about the latest stage of their collaboration as the face of the J’adore fragrance.
Fashion, however, is far from the only project keeping Rihanna busy. It recently emerged that she is actively working on a new music album, news that immediately generated excitement among fans who have been waiting years for a full-length release.
Her last studio album, Anti, arrived in 2016. Since then, Rihanna has devoted much of her attention to building her business empire through Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Savage X Fenty.
Away from work, Rihanna has been with 37-year-old rapper A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, for around five years. The couple are raising three children together, while persistent rumors have suggested they may have privately married without making the news public.
Their youngest child was born relatively recently, yet speculation soon appeared online suggesting Rihanna could already be pregnant again. Those rumors were ultimately not confirmed.
