Kim Kardashian is once again proving that her lifestyle operates on a completely different level. While most people spend years searching for a dream home, the reality star closed multimillion-dollar deals within weeks. She reportedly sold her Calabasas condo for $3.5 million and almost immediately added a breathtaking Malibu estate worth $70.4 million to her growing real estate empire.
The luxurious property previously belonged to supermodel Cindy Crawford and quickly became one of the most talked-about celebrity purchases in California. The staggering price places it among some of the state’s most expensive deals, alongside Drake’s $75 million mansion and the famous mega-estate known as “The One,” which sold for $126 million.

At the same time, Kim’s personal life has once again become the center of attention. Reports from earlier this year claimed she has been growing closer to Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton after the two were spotted together publicly, including during outings in Tokyo. Their appearances immediately fueled speculation online, with fans closely watching every move.

Despite the massive Malibu purchase, Kim still mainly lives in California at her famous Hidden Hills estate near Los Angeles. The minimalist mansion became one of the most recognizable celebrity homes after her marriage to Kanye West. Following their divorce, Kim bought out his share of the property and transformed it entirely into her own vision.

The home, designed with the help of Belgian interior designer Axel Vervoordt, is known for its calm, almost monastery-like atmosphere, filled with neutral tones and clean architectural lines. But recently, the estate underwent another major renovation that hinted at a completely new chapter in Kim’s life.
The Hidden Hills mansion, now valued at around $60 million, originally cost Kim and Kanye $20 million when they bought it together in 2014. After years of redesigns and upgrades, Kim launched another extensive renovation project following the divorce. The work included adding a brand-new wing, redesigning the gardens, and updating several interior spaces to match her evolving taste.

One detail especially caught attention online — Kim reportedly planned a “men’s closet” inside the home, describing it as a way of “manifesting” a future partner. During the construction process, she temporarily moved out together with her four children while the estate was being transformed once again.
Meanwhile, the newly purchased Malibu mansion offers complete privacy far from the chaos of Hollywood. Built in the 1940s, the property sits in the exclusive Encinal Bluffs area directly above the ocean. Massive gardens stretching across more than three hectares completely shield the estate from public view, protecting it from paparazzi and unwanted attention.

The two-story residence spans roughly 700 square meters and includes expansive living spaces, multiple lounge areas, a dining room, and a large kitchen on the main floor. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, while two additional guest houses each come equipped with their own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom.

For now, it remains unclear exactly how Kim plans to decorate the new property or whether she will continue embracing the minimalist aesthetic she shared with Kanye West. Still, fans believe there may already be clues hidden in her lifestyle brand, Skkn By Kim, which recently launched a collection of sleek home accessories in soft neutral shades. The collection includes bathroom essentials such as tissue boxes, trays, cosmetic containers, and waste bins — all designed with the same understated luxury that has become part of Kim’s signature style.
