It was on November 2️⃣8️⃣, 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣4️⃣ that our favorite Vivian Ward from «Pretty Woman» welcomed her only daughter with her husband Daniel Moder! 🤗🥰 Years went on and the little one is already about to turn 1️⃣9️⃣, can you even believe?😮🤫 Recently, Hazel and her dad has made a rare appearance on the Red Carpet after which everyone is saying the same thing – «She is the spitting image of her mother!»😍💬 Try not to fall in love when you see the grown-up beauty in this article!👇
Julia Roberts, one of Hollywood’s most private stars, has always kept her family life low-key. Married to cinematographer Daniel Moder for nearly two decades, the couple shares three kids: 16-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, and their younger son, Henry, who is 14.
Roberts and Moder have been careful to shield their children from the spotlight, rarely allowing them to appear at public events or on social media. However, fans recently got a glimpse of Hazel when she accompanied her father to the Cannes Film Festival in France.
The father-daughter duo attended the event to support the film Flag Day, directed by Sean Penn, in which Moder served as cinematographer. While Penn’s own children had roles in the film, Hazel simply attended to show her support for her father’s work.
At the event, Hazel captivated everyone with her natural beauty. Many noted that she bears a striking resemblance to her mother, though others see her father’s features in her. Hazel, with her blonde hair and blue eyes, wore a soft yellow lace dress paired with classic black Mary Jane shoes. With her hair pulled back and minimal makeup, she looked poised and elegant—a true debut on the red carpet.
Throughout the evening, Moder was visibly proud, staying by his daughter’s side and supporting her first appearance in the public eye.
It remains unknown whether Hazel or her brothers plan to explore paths in the world of entertainment, as Roberts and Moder are careful to protect their children’s privacy. Despite Roberts’ substantial career and an approximate fortune of $250 million, she has always maintained a grounded, down-to-earth approach to fame and family.
Hazel and her siblings have occasionally appeared in their mother’s projects, including a small role in Roberts’ 2016 film Mother’s Day. However, Roberts has said that her children barely understand her level of fame. In an interview, she shared a moment when her kids realized she was famous.
“When they began to realize, and their reaction was something like, ‘You’re famous?’” Roberts recalled. “I told them, ‘Well, I believe many people have probably seen the films I’ve been a part of or are familiar with who I am.”
Reflecting on the challenges young people face today, Roberts added, “It’s different from when I told my mom, ‘You don’t understand what it’s like to be a teenager,’ although she probably did. Danny and I have no idea what it’s like to be a teenager today. When my kids ask me about things, I often say, ‘Let me look into it because I don’t really know what we’re dealing with here.’”
With such supportive and humble parents, Hazel’s future looks bright, whether she chooses the spotlight or not.
