A woman named Chata Gil lives in Los Angeles and has a huge heart. She went to El Salvador and she was amazed by the number of dogs abandoned on the streets. And she found a dog, that everyone pushed aside and considered to help him.
The dog went to the restaurant and approached the people to get food, but they drove him away calling him ugly. People in the restaurant even ridiculed her for helping the dog, but she didn’t even care.
And even when the dog left Chata continued thinking about him and considered finding him. Later she was able to discover the dog curled up in a street and she considered taking him. The dog was very frightened, as he considered they would hurt him.
The woman wanted to regain her trust and she fed her and also made an appointment to take the dog to the vet. The vet examined and told, that the dog has a good health condition than his look. At first, she considered euthanasia will be needed to end the dog’s misery.
Chata named the dog Sal and and called the rescue group to help the dog. And she also planned to go back to that nation a few days later.
Sal is treated in El Salvador before being sent to Southern California.
And one of the rescue organization staff members considered paying the needed vet bills of Sal.
