The adorable puppy named Romeo was taken to a busy shelter in New York and it was obvious what the poor thing would experience. The puppy was so depressed, that he couldnât even show any signs of happiness being taken care at the shelter because of all the unfamiliar noises and scents around him. And also his family wasnât there.
He refused to raise his head off the ledge in his kennel for two days.

He was taken care by a family friend for two months, but as she didnât have time for the puppy she gave him to the shelter.
