He decided to buy the land and made it a shelter for the helpless dogs. About 2000 dogs have already saved and taken there by the man. He provides them with food, necessary medical treatment and everything they need.
Yang Yan became a real hero, who dedicated some part of his property to the protection of the defenceless animals.
