After comedians Meg Stalter and Paul W. Downs nailed the neon-orange red carpet look, Rinna and Hamlin brought their own twist to the iconic beach pictures.
On April 7, the 62-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a series of playful photos of herself and her 74-year-old husband, posing on the beach in a style reminiscent of Jenner and Chalamet’s vacation snap from March. Rinna donned a black bikini and sported a slicked-back short haircut, smiling at the camera while standing in the water. Meanwhile, Hamlin, lying in the water with a serious expression, was shirtless and wearing black swim trunks.
Rinna captioned the post, “Having the best time ☀️,” and her followers immediately recognized the reference to Jenner and Chalamet. One commenter joked, “Kylie and Timothée could never,” while another added, “Harry and Lisa walked so Kylie and Timothée could run.” A third fan wrote, “The Kylie and Timothée moment, ha-ha-ha, I’m obsessed 😂😍💗,” to which Rinna responded with a playful wink emoji.
The original inspiration came from Jenner’s own post on March 29, where she shared a snap from her vacation, captioned, “Having the time of my life.” In one of the photos, Jenner posed in a black bikini, with her hair slicked back and a smile on her face. A few days later, on March 30, Timothée Chalamet posted his version, lying in the water in black trunks, flashing a slight smile.
Rinna and Hamlin, who have been married since 1997, often share glimpses of their relationship on Instagram. This year, for Valentine’s Day, Rinna posted a heartfelt tribute to Hamlin, along with several throwback photos, writing, “32 Valentine’s Days together, and I’ll spend every one of them with you ❤️ So many memories. When you think about it, it’s incredible the journey we’ve had.”
