Will Smith appeared with his wife and kids for the first time after the scandal
It is worth mentioning that iconic Smith’s and his family’s first appearance after the scandal at the Oscars was at the premiere of the film “Emancipation” directed by Antoine Fukua where the legendary actor starred the main role.
According to reliable sources, it is, in fact, the very first public appearance of the iconic man and his beautiful family after the man left the Oscars in March 2022 because of a scandal concerning the presenter and his wife.
The whole thing is that on March 28 during the Oscars, the host named Jada Pinette addressed his words to the wife of the film star who is an actress and singer and currently has no hair. The host’s jokes concerning the actor’s wife’s “hairstyle” seemed irrelevant and, to some extent, offensive to Smith.
As a result, the iconic actor failed to control his emotions and anger rushing to go on a stage and hit the host which literally shocked everyone there. The reason of his action is that, in fact, his wife lost her hair due to an illness and he simply couldn’t let the host make jokes about his beloved woman.
However, Will Smith later apologized for his inappropriate behavior admitting that he had acted impulsively and was simply offended with the host’s words.
After this incident, the film star decided to leave the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences and David Rubin could do nothing but accept his resignation.
