I just couldn’t let that innocence be spoiled or destroyed.
An unhoused puppy is luckier than ever after escaping a woman’s car in rural Greece.
The puppy appeared out of nowhere, and “pursued the car of Valya Orfanidu.”
During all this time, no other car has stopped to assist, indifference, according to Valya, is a common attitude of the majority of people towards the millions of unhoused dogs in his country. But she knew that she could not live without a puppy.
“I just couldn’t let that innocence be spoiled or destroyed,” she says in the clip.
She finally is able to catch her, and she squirms, but a few seconds later, she joyfully gets into her car, trusting that she will look after her.
Valya admits that she has never raised such a puppy. Many of her other saved dogs were older dogs.
But she did everything possible to encourage the mugger by renewing her optimism to rescue the animals.
“The robber was saved in Greece at the end of October 2020. “She is two months old, got her first shots, is dewormed, healthy, and as happy as can be,” she wrote.
